Goods of the woods Canyon Rugs are super sized at 72" X 36". These half round hearth rugs are made of synthetic fibers which perform similar to nylon but have slightly lower melt temperatures. These rugs meet the CPSC standard FF 1-70 for flammability of carpets. This test is often called the "pill test" and certifies that the carpet will not continue to support combustion once the ignition source has cooled or been removed. The ember that pops out may char a spot on this hearth rug but the rug will not burn. It will protect the underlying surface.

01-31-01 I want to let you know that I really enjoy the solid cast iron Firebacks I recently purchaced from you. I placed one in each of my 3 fireplaces and can feel increased heat from all my fireplaces. The cast iron Safe-T-Boots do a great job holding
