How to return items
- If products received are damaged or have manufacturers defects, we will ship a replacement product or refund the purchase price of the product. Provided we are notified within 7 days from you receiving the product and after we receive the damaged product.
- You will have to notify us through the customer service department with the following information:
- Order #
- Item #
- Total Cost
- Date of Sale
- After step 2 is complete then we will issue a Damaged Call Tag and the delivery company who delivered your products will come to the Ship To: address, pick up the damaged item and ship it back to us.
- After we receive the damaged package then we will ship a replacement product or refund your credit card or e-check account the purchase price of the product.
